About Nexus Insurance
Last updated: May 16, 2026
We are an ACA help service, not an insurance company
Nexus Insurance is a bilingual ACA help service operated by Nexus Colpro LLC. We do not sell or issue insurance policies, and we are not licensed as an insurance agency in any US state. What we do is connect US residents who are shopping for ACA Marketplace coverage with US-licensed insurance agent partners who can quote real plans, run real subsidy numbers, and walk you through the application.
That distinction matters. The licensed agent who calls you back is the one who is regulated by your state insurance department and who carries the Errors-and-Omissions coverage that protects you. We make the introduction; the agent delivers the service.
Why work with us
We built this site to do three things well, in English and Spanish:
- Educate without selling. Every pillar guide on this site cites its sources — KFF, CMS.gov, HealthCare.gov, and the IRS — so you can verify what we tell you. The subsidy calculator runs the actual 2026 IRS premium-tax-credit formula (Rev. Proc. 2025-25) using the 2025 Federal Poverty Guidelines as IRS Publication 974 requires.
- Hand off to a real licensed agent. When you fill the form, the lead goes to a US-licensed partner agent who will reach out to you, typically the same business day. Response time varies by call volume and time of day. The agent verifies your specific plan options for your county, your income, and your household; the calculator gives you a guide, the agent gives you the final number.
- Speak both English and Spanish. Every page on this site is mirrored in Spanish. Our partner-agent network is bilingual; if you request Spanish, your callback will be in Spanish.
No cost to you
You pay nothing for our help. There is no markup on your premium, no application fee, no consultation fee. The plan you buy is priced identically whether you buy it directly through HealthCare.gov or through a licensed agent we connect you with.
Where we operate
We connect leads with US-licensed partner agents in TX, FL, CA, NC, SC, GA. We also serve residents of other states through a wider network of allied licensed agents. If you live in one of our primary states or elsewhere in the country, we will introduce you to a licensed agent who is authorized to write plans in your state.
Who we serve
Nexus Insurance is a bilingual operation built specifically to serve US residents who shop for health coverage in both English and Spanish. Many Hispanic-American consumers tell us they have had difficulty finding licensed bilingual help. We built this service to be that help.
We are not a CMS-certified Navigator or Certified Application Counselor (CAC) under 45 CFR §155.210 or §155.225. Navigators and CACs are federally-funded enrollment helpers with separate rules and obligations. We are a commercial bilingual help service that connects you with independent US-licensed insurance agent partners.
What we promise
We promise three things, and we are careful not to promise anything else:
- A licensed agent in your state will contact you after you submit the form (or you can call us directly at (888) 360-4111).
- Bilingual support — English and Spanish — by phone, WhatsApp, or text.
- No cost to you for the quote, the comparison, the enrollment, or the post-enrollment support you get from your agent.
We do not promise specific premium amounts (those are set by carriers and vary by county), we do not promise that any specific plan will be available to you (plan availability changes year to year), and we do not promise to be your agent of record (that role belongs to the licensed partner agent you enroll with).
How to reach us
- Phone: (888) 360-4111

- Or fill out the form on any page and a licensed agent will reach back.
Nexus Insurance is the consumer brand operated by Nexus Colpro LLC. This is not insurance advice. Plan availability, premiums, and subsidies are determined by federal and state law and the carriers in your county; final numbers come from your licensed agent and from HealthCare.gov or your state Marketplace at application time.
